Meet the Legends
Larry Ruvo
Larry Ruvo, son of legendary Las Vegas restaurateur Lou Ruvo, built on his family’s culinary legacy by co-founding Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada. A Gaming Hall of Famer and advocate for cognitive health, he also co-founded the philanthropic organization Keep Memory Alive and helped establish the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in honor of his father.

Camille Ruvo
As Co‑Founder and Vice‑Chairwoman of the philanthropic organization Keep Memory Alive, Camille Ruvo spearheads development, event planning and fundraising for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. For over 20 years, she’s worked alongside her husband, Larry Ruvo, to champion initiatives such as supporting caregivers, brain‑health care innovations, and community programs for patients with Alzheimer's in Nevada.

Lorraine Hunt-Bono
Lorraine Hunt‑Bono served as Nevada’s 32nd Lieutenant Governor from 1999 to 2007, following earlier public service on the Clark County Commission. Before entering politics, she built a successful career as a Las Vegas entertainer and restaurateur, founding the beloved Bootlegger Bistro — a family-run institution known for its food, music, and hospitality. A lifelong advocate for Nevada’s culture and economy, she is also a cousin of Larry Ruvo and married to Dennis Bono.

Dennis Bono
Dennis Bono is a celebrated Las Vegas entertainer with more than 50 years in show business. From Eastern‑seaboard clubs to tours with Don Rickles and performances introduced by Frank Sinatra, he launched "The Dennis Bono Show" 25 years ago at South Point Hotel and Casino, now reaching millions via live performances and syndicated radio. He also co-owns the Bootlegger Bistro with his wife, former Lieutenant Governor Lorraine Hunt‑Bono.

Michael Severino
Michael Severino is a a seasoned hospitality executive and philanthropist who guides the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health as a member of the Keep Memory Alive Board. A longtime friend and associate of Larry Ruvo, Severino also serves as general manager of Southern Wine & Spirits of Nevada. With over four decades in Las Vegas hospitality — and a reputation as "The Guy Who Knows a Guy" — he has held leadership roles at landmark properties including Caesars Palace, the Riviera, and the Maxim.
