Our nation's Christmas Tree at the United States Capitol is a symbol of holiday unity and tradition.

For the first time ever, it comes from Nevada.

Watch

Discover how the tree was selected and journeyed from Northern Nevada to the nation’s Capitol — and how Nevadans came together to create ornaments and tree skirts for our nation’s tree.

Premieres
Friday, December 19
8 p.m.

As the tree journeys from the Silver State to Washington, D.C., From Nevada will showcase Nevada’s natural beauty, commitment to conservation, and community spirit. Along the way, artisans, quilters, and students from across the state are creating handmade quilts and thousands of ornaments that celebrate Nevada’s history, wildlife, and culture.
