You Count: Census 2020 – A Nevada Week Special
On Thursday, March 12, 2020, Vegas PBS held a round table discussion with local representatives on the importance of Census 2020. This round table titled You Count: Census 2020 – A Nevada Week Special aired on Vegas PBS Channel 10 on Saturday, March 21.
Every ten years, the census takes count of every person in the nation. The data helps draw district lines and allocate federal resources. It’s estimated for every person that isn't counted, our state will lose over $20,000.
