LAS VEGAS, NV – In honor of Nevada Day, Nevada Week, Vegas PBS’s public affairs program, will host a special episode featuring a discussion with all four Nevada Congressional Representatives: Congresswoman Dina Titus (NV-01), Congressman Mark Amodei (NV-02), Congresswoman Susie Lee (NV-03), and Congressman Steven Horsford (NV-04). This episode of Nevada Week, recorded in the congressional studio in Washington D.C., will feature an in-depth discussion about some of the most important issues facing Nevada and the work being done to address them on Capitol Hill.
Nevada Week host Kipp Ortenburger will lead the conversation with the representatives about the importance of the 2020 U.S. Census, public lands in the state, and the importance of committee work across party lines to benefit all Nevadans.
Nevada Week‘s Nevada Day Special: The House of Representatives will air over two episodes on Vegas PBS Channel 10. Part one will air on Nevada Day (observed), Friday, October 25, 2019 at 8 p.m. Part two will air Friday, November 1 at 8 p.m.
Kipp Ortenburger will be available for interviews with the press during the week of October 23, 2019. Footage from these interviews can be made available upon request.
