Henderson Libraries presents the 16th Annual Teen Writing Contest — with online submissions open now. Clark County, Nevada residents in grades 6-12 are eligible to submit an original and unpublished work of poetry and/or short story for consideration.
Finalists will have their work published in the digital literary magazine, Unlocked Voices. Winners will be announced at a private, in-person reception in Spring 2025.
Established in 1944 as a single library in Downtown Henderson, Henderson Libraries operates five locations in Henderson, providing free access to materials, programs, and services to meet the diverse and varied needs of the community throughout Southern Nevada.
