May 14: Rock Academy of Performing Arts End-Of-Year Concert

Delta Academy’s music conservatory program, Rock Academy of Performing Arts (RAPA), presents its end-of-year concert, free of charge to the public. The concert is non-ticketed and open to anyone visiting Downtown Container Park.
RAPA’s first and second year students will kick off the concert with “The Love Show,” including a medley of rockin’ love and breakup songs from artists such as Journey, Bruno Mars, Meat Loaf, and Scorpions, among others. Then, RAPA’s third and fourth year students will take the stage with “The Smooth Show,” featuring smooth rock and R&B classics from Thundercat, Fleetwood Mac, Michael McDonald, D’Angelo, and more.
A state-of-the-art music program for students grades 9-12 enrolled at Delta Academy, RAPA offers students the opportunity to learn contemporary musical performance and theory for vocals, guitar, bass, keyboards, drums, and more under the rock 'n' roll music genre. The inclusive program is geared towards aspiring vocalists and musicians of all musical abilities.
