Empower Your Path: Living Well with Multiple Sclerosis and other Neuroimmunological Disorders is a hybrid, multidisciplinary symposium that explores  how other coexisting medical conditions can complicate disease management and outcomes, while highlighting the benefits of anti-inflammatory nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, mental health, and emotional wellbeing.

According to Symposium Director Dr. Carrie M. Hersh, "Early education on the benefit of healthy lifestyle strategies is crucial for brain health and improving the daily lives of individuals with MS and related disorders. A healthy way of life helps preserve brain reserve for better long-term function."
