Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley will welcome participants to this year’s Las Vegas Arts & Culture Summit for members of the local arts community.
This year, the focus is museum and civic partnerships, and growing relationships in the community with galleries, mentorships, and teaching. Featured speakers include Heather Harmon, executive director of the Las Vegas Museum of Art; Michael Govan, CEO of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art; and Ayanna N. Hudson, chief programs officer for Americans for the Arts, among others.
The full day of events includes a continental breakfast, lunch, performances, panel discussions, speakers, breakout sessions and workshops, and an evening reception with refreshments.
