Vegas PBS Celebrates the Unique Stories of Southern Nevada

Stories That Shape Us Vegas PBS

On April 16, 2026, Vegas PBS hosted an evening to celebrate the unique stories of Southern Nevada.

Stories That Shape Us, held at the Industrial Event Space, was a special gathering to support free, public television in Southern Nevada and to honor three individuals whose work have made Las Vegas a better place to live.

In recognition for their respective strides in the fields of medicine, education and entertainment, Vegas PBS honored Dr. Dylan Wint, Medical Director, Cleveland Clinic Nevada; Superintendent Jhone Ebert, Clark County School District; and Myron Martin, President & CEO, The Smith Center. Vegas PBS President and General Manager Mare Mazur presented each honoree with their own custom bowl from Domsky Glass.

Funds raised from Stories That Shape Us will benefit Vegas PBS, the only PBS member station that serves Southern Nevada, providing the region with high-quality television and educational services in early childhood, professional development and workforce training.
