Nonpartisan election observers will be at the polls this midterm election. The group known as NEON - Nevada Election Observation Network - will be documenting what they see at polling places around the state. A recent study by the Lincy Institute looked at election fraud in the Mountain West. UNLV Political Science professor David Damore gives insight into what the study found. The Clark County School District could face another budget shortfall next year. CCSD CFO Justin Dayhoff explains how the district hopes to avoid the problem next year.
