April 11: Filipino Town Las Vegas Cultural District First Anniversary

Filipino Town Las Vegas 1st Anniversary Celebration marks one year from receiving cultural designation from Clark County last April 15, 2025.

The celebration will honor Filipino heritage — strengthening community ties and elevating Filipino representation in Southern Nevada — with live musical performances, dance, and more.

The historic parade will be led by:

• Pacific Savagez Motorcycle Club
• Filipino American Law Enforcement Organization
• DJ Museum
• Dr. Virgil Lopez, who will be driving a jeepney, the iconic vehicle and beloved symbol of the Philippines

Attendees can also join the Arko Competition! Organizations, businesses, stylists, florists, and creative individuals are invited to design a Filipino-inspired arko that reflects culture, creativity, and community spirit. Participants will help create a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere while competing for prizes.
