The Keeping Kids Fit "Find 5 Fun Facts" is an interactive mashup for parents/caregivers and children ages 6-12 to learn and have fun. A mashup is a web page or application that combines data or functionality from two or more external sources to create a new service.* The goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle for families by offering activities that are engaging and educational. Health related children programs are provided via links to the PBS Kids GO! player and embedded Keeping Kids Fit videos. The mashup was created with the online media service, Vuvox. The source for the fun facts is MyPyramid.gov.

This challenge is designed for children age 6-12. One possible prize per student. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of completed entries submitted. Parent permission is required to receive the prize. To receive the prize, print the final page. Your parent/caregiver must send an email to with your name, age, and the day you took the challenge.
Vegas PBS will contact him/her, if you are a winner the prize can be sent to your school or your parent/caregiver can come to Vegas PBS and pick up the prize.
