Vegas PBS Announces Keith Kaderlik as Instructional Web Designer and Learning Management System Coordinator

(Las Vegas) – Vegas PBS has announced Keith Kaderlik as an Instructional Web Designer and Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator for the station’s Global Online Advanced Learning (GOAL) program. GOAL is a service of Vegas PBS’ Workforce Training and Economic Development Department, offering affordable online education designed for entry, certification and advancement in the modern workplace.

In his role, Kaderlik will collaborate with curriculum teams to design online instructional resources, develop custom training portals, provide training regarding the application and implementation of LMS technology, and work with end users to ensure that the system meets their expectations.

Kaderlik brings more than 20 years of information technology experience. For the Microsoft Corporation, he worked as an independently contracted manager responsible for developing content, fostering the formation of online communities, marketing these groups, and managing staff and volunteers. Kaderlik has also served as a web editor for HealthDataInsights, Inc., and an independently contracted web designer and web application developer for Greenspun Media Group’s Recruiting Nevada website. At present, Kaderlik operates FlightDataInsights which he founded in 2012. The business provides customized e-learning modules for pilot education and training.

Kaderlik holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Ph.D. in Chemistry/Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional, a private pilot and a Federal Aviation Administration-certified Advanced Ground Instructor.
